Artist Marketplace / Visual Artist Application
Visual Artist Applications for the 2009 Utah Arts Festival Artist Marketplace are accepted online at www.zapplication.org.
Composer Commissions Application
The Utah Arts Festival is accepting applications for the 2010 Commission for Orchestra and 2010 Commission for Chamber Ensemble. The works to be commissioned will be 8 – 12 minute works for chamber orchestra and six-piece chamber ensemble, respectively.
Culinary Arts Application
If you are interested in participating as a food vendor, please complete this application. Utah Arts Festival 2009 culinary artists will be chosen based on the following criteria:
- Food Quality
- Presentation
- Diversity
- Booth Design
- Pricing
Culinary artists may sell FOOD products only. The Utah Arts Festival will handle ALL beverage concessions.
Fear No Film Application
Fear No Film is co-produced by the Utah Arts Festival and the SLC Film Center. Entry into Fear No Film will also make your film eligible for other SLC Film Center festivals and events, including Fear No Film on Sidewalk Cinema, an ongoing festival of short films playing on large screens throughout downtown Salt Lake City.
Deadline: All entries must be postmarked by February 6th.Late entries will be accepted on www.withoutabox.com until February 13th.

Performing Arts Application
Please complete the application in full. If you do not have a website with audio samples, please send a audio cassette, compact disc, DVD to the Festival. Your tape, CD, DVD, or website must reflect the actual type of performance you plan on presenting at the Utah Arts Festival. All cassettes, CD’s and DVD’s must be clearly labeled. If you are not selected for the show, and want your tapes, CD’s or DVD’s returned, include a self-addressed stamped padded envelope with your application. The Festival is not responsible for loss or damage. Tapes, CD’s and/or DVD’s received may also be picked up at the Utah Arts Festival offices between July 10 and July 31, 2009 - after which they will be discarded or donated.Volunteer Application
Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer at the Utah Arts Festival! It takes more than 1,000 volunteers to help us build, run and tear down the event and there’s no way the Festival would happen without volunteers! You are truly the life blood of the Utah Arts Festival!
