"Food as Art" is growing around the nation, and our fair city and state boast a culinary scene that sometimes surprises outsiders but that makes the most of locally sourced produce, meats, and other artisanal products. This is an exciting time for all style of eaters where heritage, culture, and creativity intersect.

Daily, 4pm-11pm, located midblock on 200 East

Master Chef Robert "Sully" Sullivan of Utah Food Services creates culinary works of art. Watch chefs prepare gourmet dishes to taste. And while you're in the area, check out the Uinta Brewing Company Tent where you'll find Uinta Brewing's experts and can pair a beer with your small plate dishes (sold separately).

Beverages

Beer, wine, soda, and lemonade are available at designated booths throughout the Festival grounds. It is a state law that if you drink in Utah, you MUST be carrying a valid ID. Please have yours with you.

Uinta Brewing Company Tent

Daily, 12noon-10pm, west of the Festival Stage

The Uinta Brewing experts are back again to serve you specialty beers at the Uinta Brewing Company Tent located west of the Festival Stage and right by Epicurosity. Stop by and meet the brewmasters of Uinta who know their craft.

Thanks to the SMART Program

Alcohol Education Provided by The S.M.A.R.T. Program (Server Management Alcohol Responsibility Training). This rigorous training programs goal is to help eliminate alcohol related violations through proper training, education, understanding and knowledge. The SMART Program has volunteered and donated its services and resources to the Utah Arts Festival for manyyears.
