The deadline is now closed for Culinary Applications for the 2008 Utah Arts Festival.

Trying to feed some 75,000 people over four days can be a daunting task – just ask any of our culinary participants come Sunday night at 11 pm! They’re wiped out.

This year we’re excited to offer our patrons some new culinary offerings. For those who just want to come down and have a little nibble and a glass of wine – visit our Tapas Tent. How about barbeque? Italian gelato? Bring your appetite!

Visit our Vendor list.

BEVERAGES CREW

wine.jpg Alcohol Education Provided by The S.M.A.R.T. Program (Server Management Alcohol Responsibility Training). This rigorous training programs goal is to help eliminate alcohol related violations through proper training, education, understanding and knowledge. The SMART Program has volunteered and donated its services and resources to the Utah Arts Festival for several years.

It is a state law that if you drink in Utah, you MUST be carrying a valid ID.  Please have yours with you.

Many thanks to Swire Coca Cola for providing shirts for the CRABs (Cool Refreshing Alternative Beverages) crew.

A big THANKS to our many beverage volunteers – CRABs, Brew Crew, Beer Captains and the rest.  We couldn’t bring you tasty refreshing beverages in a timely way on those warm June days without our huge group of beverage troops.
