"When it comes to food, the Utah Arts Festival has something for every taste. Those with sophisticated palates might munch at the Tapas Tent, where chef Robert Sullivan and his crew from Utah Food Services will be preparing their "epicuriosity" menu, a selection of five small plates that range from $6.50 to $10 each. Options include an herb-crusted beef tenderloin, seared Ahi tuna, diver scallops, shrimp scampi and a white chocolate mousse dessert, which can be enjoyed with a beverage from the wine and beer tent next door."
