The Utah Arts Festival collects personal information when you purchase tickets, make online donations, or otherwise submit your contact information. We use your personal information exclusively for our purposes to keep you informed about our programs and opportunities.
If you choose to make a purchase or make a donation, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. The Utah Arts Festival handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of the Utah Arts Festival. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, none of the Utah Arts Festival affiliates (such as our credit card company) have permission to retain, share, store or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.
All ticket purchases for the Utah Arts Festival events, including The Masquerade Party, The Big Deal Brunch and any other ticketed events, are final and nonrefundable. No refunds are given for cancellation, inclement weather, or rain delay that may impact the events. Donations made to the Utah Arts Festival (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization) are also not refundable; they are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Please consult your tax advisor for additional information.
